The front of this card has the image of Saint John reclining on Our Lord's Heart on Holy Thursday. It has the following Latin text: "Et fac me Tuis semper inhaerere mandatis et a Te numquam separari permittas."
The interior of the card contains the translation of the prayer from which the text on the front of the card comes: O Lord Jesus Christ, "make me always adhere to Thy commandments, and never suffer me to be separated from Thee." - From the Priest's prayer before Holy Communion.
