The front of this card contains the image of Christ Crucified and the text of Psalm 129, commonly referred to as the De Profundis which are the first two words of the psalm in Latin. 
The interior of the card has the following text: "May light eternal shine upon them, O Lord: with Thy saints forever, for Thou art merciful. from the Communion antiphon of the Requiem mass." 
The back of the card has the traditional prayer for the souls of the faithful departed: Requiem aeternam dona eis Domine: et lux perpetua luceat eis.
A white, blank envelope is included with the purchase of the card.
